Our average representative makes $60,000 to $70,000 per year (base salary up $16 per hour plus average monthly incentive of $5,700 per month).
Must live within 50-mile radius preferably.
Qualifications for the Call Center Customer Service Rep:
Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing preferred.
Proven ability and desire to help people.
Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus.
Engaging and enthusiastic personality.
Confident, clear and effective communication style.
High School Diploma or GED are required.
