Experience & Skills:

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Report to office Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm to ensure office is opened Intake and disperse mail to proper personnel Intake checks from employees and customers Update payments, documents and notes in company database Book all travel in respective office(s) Coordinate all conference room bookings Assist HR with onboarding process for new hires Ensure the office is clean and fully stocked:
Sales materials from manufacturers, company uniforms (hats, jackets, polos), standard office supplies (pens, paper, printer ink, job signs, business cards, etc.
