The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for first level support for clients.
The right Helpdesk Technician candidate must display outstanding interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and an outgoing personality.
The Helpdesk Technician shall possess strong familiarity with the following technical platforms:

Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via Email.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills A focus on quality with attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines Experience managing Windows and Mac workstation hardware and related applications Ability to diagnose hardware and/or software problems Active Directory, Office 365, and Outlook experience Basic familiarity with networking protocols - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Basic familiarity with both wireless and wired networks.
Basic familiarity with printing and scanning, including configuring devices for scan to folder and email.
Ability to manage client information and documentation.
Ability to properly operate Help Desk Software and ticketing system.
Ability and desire to keep up with changing and emerging technologies that affect the business Ability to work across business functions This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:
00am to 5:
