Mechanical Assembler (Blade Box)

Job Duties:
Have a understanding of riveting quality Knowledge of how to use templates for the proper assembly fit to meet standards Checks for items missing, such as rivets Have a thorough understanding of all tools and fixtures needed in assembly process Squeezer, rivets, and drills Must be able to understand process of assembly Knowledge of aluminum parts, cushions, and hardware items capable of completing blade box assemblies Work with material handler on items needed and coordinate daily parts for process needed to assemble blade box containers.
=html - Notify manager of defective parts and shortage of items needed before depleted.
- Notify manager of problems with parts and assembly items.
- Keep all items, (templates, aluminum parts, and hardware, cushions) organized.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk for prolonged periods of time - Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Experience using measuring tape and reading blue prints Experience using air tools, clamps and template to assemble blade containers Demonstrates Solution-Based thinking Needs to be a team orientated individual to accomplish goals Physical Requirements:
Pushing, pulling and lifting up to 60 lbs.
Standing, sitting, and walking Must have reliable transportation -- No public transportation Additional Details Driver's License:
Class C - Standard Driver's License Recommended Skills Drilling Operations Assembly And Installation Aluminum Team Working Transportation Management Riveting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
