Contact Center Representatives
National Fulfillment, located in Aston PA is seeking experienced Call Center / Contact Center Representatives.
We are seeking candidates who have ability to work on site in AstonWe have several different shifts varying 6 am - 8 pm, 7 days per weekWe are seeking PT & FT candidates.

Answering communication from consumers with the objective of:
Creating new orders, providing order informationProviding product information and answering questionsCreating RMA'sConducting proactive & timely consumer follow-upActs as the voice of the product to the consumer and the voice of the customer to the companyIdentify how products meet consumer needs and create value for the consumerEnsure clear and coherent product messages across all marketing platformsMake sure consumers are aware of resources available for learning about productsCommunicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of ordersCapable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels; phone, email, chatBe a goodwill ambassador for the company and our customer wth courteous treatment of all consumersProvide email support to customers; build email template libraryDemonstrate respect for the Company's values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & proceduresAssumes additional related responsibilities as requiredCC Research, identify and thoroughly understand highest value customer targets Requirements:
